Your Role:

• Create detailed architectural drawings and models for residential projects.
• Work collaboratively with our design and construction teams to ensure design integrity and practicality.
• Utilize Chief Architect and BIM software for accurate and efficient drafting.
• Uphold design standards and comply with regulatory requirements in all drafts.
• Engage in project meetings, contributing your expertise to design discussions.
• Prepare complete construction documents for permit processing.

We Require:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a focus on residential projects.
• Proficiency and minimum 2 years of proven experience in Chief Architect.
• An impressive portfolio that showcases your skill and experience in architectural drafting.
• A degree or certificate in Architectural Drafting, Design, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, and a knack for teamwork and detailed work.
