Responsibilities: CRM Management: Be the custodian of our CRM platform, ensuring impeccable data management and supporting client relationships through structured systems.Quality Assurance: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and overseeing QA protocols.Project Management Support: Provide pivotal support to the project management team, facilitating the smooth progression and timely delivery of projects.Inventory Management: Oversee office inventory by meticulously tracking supplies and ensuring the ready availability of necessary materials.Material Delivery: On occasion, safely deliver materials to job sitesExcel Mastery: Utilize expert Excel skills to maintain databases, manage project schedules, and create efficient reporting structures.
